Growing up with Jamaican heritage in London shaped my approach to food.

Every family gathering was a celebration of flavors, teaching me that food is more than sustenance—it's about connection, love, and passing down traditions.

University was the turning point for me, having to fend for myself or live on cheesy chips, I began recreating the meals of my childhood. With telephone support from my mum, a pro chef of 40+ years and my grandmother a true Jamaican homecook, I put what my tastebuds knew into prcatice.

Today, I blend these influences with Asian inspirations and European classics, creating a unique fusion that reflects my journey.

From Overwhelm to Freedom

As a British-Jamaican mamapreneur living in Colombia, I've walked the path many of you are on right now.

Growing my business while raising my daughter, I found myself drowning in tech tools, surviving on takeaways, and missing precious moments with my little one.

My wake-up call came when I realized I was modeling a life I didn't want her to inherit—one where work and family existed in separate, competing worlds.

Drawing on my tech background and multicultural upbringing, I created a system that streamlined my business down to one platform (saving £2,600+ yearly) and transformed our kitchen into a connection point where we cook alongside each other daily.

Now, I help mamapreneurs like you build businesses that work with family life, not against it.

Whether you're a tech novice or a seasoned cook with control issues (I've been both!), my straightforward approach focuses on practical systems over perfection.

My tiny Colombian kitchen has become the heart of both my business and family life—proof that with the right systems, mamapreneurs don't have to choose between success and presence.

When I'm not helping clients close their tabs or teaching little ones to break eggs properly, you'll find me introducing my Colombian partner to British comfort food or adding a Jamaican twist to local ingredients.
