Let's get real.
As mamapreneurs, our time is split between building businesses and raising humans. The last thing we need is to waste precious minutes battling inefficient kitchen tools or cooking in ways that drain our energy.
Your kitchen equipment should work as hard as you do. More so actually.
After years of cooking in everything from tiny apartment kitchens to spaces shared with multiple families, I've learned exactly what matters and what doesn't.
The Mamapreneur's Kitchen Philosophy
Our kitchen equipment needs to be:
Let's cut through the noise and focus on what actually transforms your kitchen game.
The Cooking Workhorses You Actually Need
When I asked mamas why they don't cook divine food all the time, I was shocked by the responses:
Stop. Right. There. Lady.

Your Health Is Your Business Asset
As an entrepreneur, this is insane!
Our health is priority! Or it bloody well should be.
Without health, we can't entrepreneur and get rich!
Diet plays a significant role in health or the lack of it, you agree? Of course you do. You already know what's up. So would you not agree, your health and ability to smash entrepreneurship is absolutely worth the effort of cooking excellent food for?
Yes, mama, you're worth the effort.
Every. Single. Day.
Fix Up Your Family's Eating Habits
And as for just doing whatever the kids want (which let's face it is probably not very healthy or exciting... no mama really likes potato waffles and oven chips with coated chicken for tea).
Those kiddos deserve great food and to develop diverse palates. In fact, take the pressure off yourself to cook for everyone and get them involved!
It's so much fun, and kids absolutely love helping prepare food.
From bringing ingredients from the fridge to stirring and seasoning, kids will become more curious about tasting and eating new food.
My own children all entered the kitchen at age 2. My view is the earlier we get kids in the kitchen, the better for us and them.
A Simple System for Change
Stop doing "what the kids want to eat" to "we all get to choose a dish per week."
And we participate in cooking it.
Once children are used to eating a wide range of meals, cooking separate dinners will become a thing of the past.
And this is so easy to achieve if your children are younger, as they've not had as much time to be set in their ways.
But you can start doing this at any age, you are the boss mama!
Remember Your Worth
So please remember mama, you have always been worth the effort to cook nourishing, delicious dinner for.
Go ahead and do it unapologetically.
Get the kids involved and over time, you'll change yours and your family's eating habits not only for the better, but for the mouthwateringly excited.
The kind of dinner experience that is not only joyful to co-create and absolutely delightful to eat but also contributing massively to your best health.
Dinner isn't about eating because you gotta eat.
Dinner is about intentionally choosing to gift yourself the best chance of long-term prosperity and business success through great food.
